●       Authenticity of goods.

All goods sold by the store comes are from department stores or through online shopping sites in the US, which many of them are sold through their original retailers. There are no expired goods, no fake goods and bootlegs. So buyers should not worry about authenticity of goods.

●      Price

●      Warranty

US models electronic products can only be guaranteed with warranties in the US, but considering the huge price difference between a US model and an international one, it is relatively worthy without a warranty for the good buyers have purchased. (All electronics purchased by a consultant are designed for US customers, a few of them could only be functional with voltages of 110. )

●      Place of origin

Goods sold in the US might not be made in the US. The world is a global market, so many goods are produced in many locations. Please refrain from filing a return forum simply because the good buyers receive is made in China. All products are met with their producer’s quality standard code.

运输周期：物品邮寄时间一般是15-20个工作日.具体还需看美国供货商发货和航班运输.如遇航班延误.海关检查等非人力控制因素.可能会延至30-40个工作日甚至更久。小店无法控制或影响快递及海关的速度 希望各位客户体谅。本店不接受客户因中国海关清关效率引起延误而作出的中评、差评和退款行为。

●      Shipping time

It generally takes about 15 -20 business days for a shipment. It depends on the shipment of the retailer buyer’s consulat purchases the good at. The shipping time may be xtend t o30 -40 business days or even more if it is influenced by non human factors. Such as, flight delay and customs inspection. We, the store, can not control or accelerate the speed of buyer’s shipment and customs inspection procedures to it. We, the store, do not accept buyers to act any of the followings, and they are giving a bad review or medicorce review and filing a refund form.

预估预收运费：国际邮费的标准是首磅10美元 . 续磅5美元，（电子产品，手表，金银首饰除外），【1磅=454G】。由于我们无法获知该物品的实际重量，因此一般情况下按照网页描述重量进行预估预收，但最终包裹重量按国际快递过秤后为准，运费也按实际重量结算，多退少补。实际重量按其内部系统过秤为准，如对重量有意见，请到货后大家自行称量一下。

包裹发出后，需要退/补运费的，我们将通知客户。如果客户不补运费，本店将诉求淘宝仲裁。

●      Estimate shipping cost

The standard fee of an international shipment is 10 dollars for the first pound, each excesses pound adds another 5 dollars for shipping fee cost.(Electronics, watches and jewels are excluded).  [1 pound = 454 grams]. Due to we are unable to acquire the actual weight of the good, we generally refer to the approximate weight the website it describes to charge buyers for shipping cost. But the actual weight weighted in the shipping center is considered as a standard, and shipping cost is charged by the standard. Buyers either need to add shipping cost due to we underestimate the shipping cost, or we , the store, return buyers shopping fees if we have overcharged your shipping cost. If you have any concern towards the weight relating to the shipping cost, please weigh it for yourself for confirmation. Once the shipment is sent then buyers will be notified for either the action we have listed above. If the buyer refuse to add funds to the shipping cost, we will call for TaoBao for arbitration.

关于退货：由于海外代购的特殊性所有物品一旦订购之后是不予退换货（如特殊情况退货和换货来回的运费等所有费用都是买家自行承担）。如遇到美国供应商不接受退货的物品，那店主也没有办法，所以各位在购买之前一定要考虑清楚。

●      Tracking method

The seller will purchase the goods within 24 hours once the buyer makes a purchase. It takes 2-3 business days for shipment. Buyers will receive a shipment tracking number of the shipping company the seller choose and can track its shipping information on its websites. Alipay will not charge the purchase cost until the buyer receives his/her goods. So be at ease with your purchase as Alipay provides a secure payment option for buyers.
